While some may argue in one direction or another, as to the &quot;immutability&quot; of sexual orientation, there can be no denying the inherent immutability of Intersexed persons, who are also impacted by laws like Prop 8 &amp; DOMA.  I am one such person, so this is not just idle theory to me.</description>
