The whole discussion is obscene; there is n way to make legal murder instant and painless. The law ignres psychlogical trauma, and tries to do the impossible: make killing painless.

Accept the fact that killing is p-ainful--- even the guilltine has had its worked botched from time to time. It is trying to mitigate a repugnat act that we try to sterilize the state murder.

Accept that killing is crude, brutal and painful, r abolish the death penalty --- except perhaps for damyankee fans, and make all this discussion moot.

All driving should be stopped until the automobile can be perfected. This defective product kills 40,000 people a year, a thousand times more than the death penalty. The method is by butchering and scattering body parts, with no due process, and in punishment of simple errors such as inattention or a glass of wine too many at dinner.

The moratorium is idiotic and pretextual, by a psychologist, left ideologue and criminal lover. Why does the lawyer love the criminal? Because the criminal generates massive lawyer fees. The crime victim does not and may rot.

They should just go back to the guillotine. If the blade is sharp, it is a guaranteed quick solution and only needs to be done once.

Sure, there is some blood, but you can't get the job done without some mess.

And, for whatever it's worth, by making explicit that the execution of Ken Biros should go forward in December, the Governor put a deadline on the process of finding a back-up plan to kill when Plan A isn't working well.

Thanks alot Chris for the succinct and informative update!!! Hard to get all the vital info in a nutshell...but you did it. A fellow Ohioan (in opposition to our state's death penalty) certainly appreciates it.
