They have two daughters, and are planning a marriage ceremony at their city hall. Unfortunately, they will need the permission of absolute strangers, via a vote, to perform this civil service. If Ms. Collins represents the state of Maine on a federal level she should indeed come down on the side of marriage equality in her state. She is elected by the citizens of Maine!
