Entering the Fourth Month @ Law Dork, 2.0

Between the breakneck pace at which LGBT equality developments are occurring and the announced departure of Justice David Hackett Souter from the Supreme Court, it’s a great time for a gay lawyer to be blogging in this country.  It’s also fun to be blogging as the 2010 races take shape (and as the political landscape appears to be shifting in front of our and Sen. As I deal with figuring out what Twitter means for my blogging, I’m finding myself starting more and more to take a cue from NYU’s Jay Rosen (jayrosen_nyu Twitter & PressThink blog).  I’m trying to post much of the “quick links” and pithy (or not) thoughts (what Rosen calls “mindcasting”) at Twitter while reserving the blog for longer, more developed posts.  In other words, if you like Law Dork, I’d encourage you to follow chrisgeidner @ Twitter.
