Now, it’s a subpoena to Bank of America CEO Ken Lewis, as part of New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo’s investigation into “whether the bank violated state law by withholding information from investors, a source familiar with the investigation told CNN.”
CNN reports the news, with that being the only real new information and the rest of the article discussing last week’s developments related to Cuomo’s “Merrill Lynch bonuses” letter to House Financial Services Committee Chair Barney Frank, which I covered here.
